Lunch & Learn: Leading early, learning fast

Part of the Future Homes Standard Essentials Series

Date / Time:

Friday 8 May 2026, 1-2pm

What is the webinar about?

The introduction of the Future Homes Standard represents a fundamental shift for homebuilders. For the first time, all new homes will be fossil fuel‑free, reliant on low‑temperature heating systems, and in most cases equipped with photovoltaic (PV) panels.

Evidence from homebuilders already on this journey shows that success depends on early action, careful planning, and a phased implementation approach.

Hear direct from some of the UK’s leading sector experts as they share their experience of testing how design, build quality, and real‑world occupant behaviour and lifestyle choices shape outcomes.
