Future Homes Conference 2025
QEII conference centre, Westminster
13th November 2025
Welcome to the Future Homes Conference 2025
This year’s conference brings the new homes community together to discuss how, by working together with Government, local government, housing associations, the supply chain and financial institutions, we can create the conditions for accelerating delivery of high-quality sustainable new homes.
The conference will discuss:
- the infrastructure the government is deploying for delivering sustainable homes at greater scale
- the solutions homebuilders and the sector are developing to prepare for the Future Homes Standard, to improve the natural environment, to manage water and to reduce embodied carbon
- the opportunity to design multi-functional homes and places that provide greater long-term value for residents
- the residual challenges and how we need to work together to solve them
The conference showcases the work the sector is doing through the Future Homes Hub and in partnership with the Government, highlights the solutions and innovations that homebuilders and suppliers are developing and is a great opportunity to network and share experience and insight.
