Operational team
The team works with the homebuilding sector and other partners on solutions and approaches that can be rolled out sector-wide.
Board
The board has responsibility for supervising the translation of the delivery plan into deliverable business plans and for the overall management of the Hub and its business.
Future Homes Leadership Council
The Future Homes Leadership Council provides leadership across the sector to own and develop the solutions to sustainability challenges consistent with building homes at the scale our society requires. It aims to:
- Provide visible leadership of the Net Zero and sustainability agenda for the sector and champion exemplary practice in sustainable home building.
- Inform development of the sector’s Net Zero and Sustainability roadmap, ensuring the sector works in partnership with Government to anticipate future challenges and sequencing change to move quickly but in an operationally viable way. 
- Lead change within own their organisations and help prepare the sector for change. 
- Agree industry led proposals. 
- Oversee strategic communications.

Task Force
The Task Force has overseen the development of the Delivery Plan.
The Task Force brings together representatives from across all the sectors that shape new homes, including the government, housebuilders, utility providers, material suppliers and environmental groups.
