Industry urged to book early as discounted rates, member offers and new Innovation Zone launch for 2026
Registration is now open for the Future Homes Conference 2026, with delegates able to save up to £200 through limited-time Early Bird ticket rates.
Taking place on Wednesday 2nd December 2026 at the QEII Conference Centre, Westminster, the conference comes at a pivotal moment for the housing sector, as industry and Government work together to deliver high-quality, sustainable homes at pace while addressing viability, affordability and infrastructure challenges.
For a limited time, delegates can secure their place at the lowest available prices:
- Future Homes Hub members: £275 (normally £395)
- Non-members: £495 (normally £695)
Future Homes Hub members can also take advantage of the Better Together Offer, with three delegate places for just £595 when booked by 31st August, making it easier for organisations to bring colleagues from across different disciplines and maximise the value of the conference.
Bringing together more than 600 senior leaders from government, homebuilding, housing associations, local and mayoral authorities, financial institutions and the wider supply chain, the conference will focus on the practical partnerships, innovations and policy developments needed to unlock sustainable growth.
The programme will combine keynote presentations, panel discussions and interactive breakout sessions, giving delegates practical insight they can take back into their organisations. Sessions will explore the Government's housing ambitions, the latest progress on delivering sustainable homes and the long-term roadmap for the sector, alongside topics including the New Homes Sector Transition Plan, Future Homes Standard, valuation and lending, energy and water infrastructure, climate resilience, design and placemaking, and construction efficiency.
The Future Homes Hub is also delighted to announce that Jill Rutter, former senior civil servant and Senior Fellow at UK in a Changing Europe, will chair this year's conference.
Alongside the conference programme, delegates can visit a busy exhibition bringing together leading organisations from across the sector supply chain, creating opportunities to connect with suppliers and view the latest products and services supporting the delivery of better-performing homes. New for 2026, the exhibition will also feature a dedicated Innovation Zone, providing delegates with the opportunity to explore some of the latest technologies, products and services that have the potential to accelerate the delivery of sustainable, high-quality homes.
